Refund policy

Eligibility:

To be eligible for a return, the item must be defective, damaged in transit, or not as described.

Contact us within [1] day of receiving the product with evidence (photos) of the damage/defect.

Items made to order or customized may have different return terms (specify if applicable).

Process:

Send us an email at [contact@mynamo.in]  with your order number, description of defect/damage, and photographs.

We will review and respond within [3] business days.

Return Shipping:

If the return is due to our error (damaged or wrong item), we will cover the return shipping cost.
Return must be made within 3 days.

If the return is for other reasons (e.g. change of mind), return shipping cost will be at your expense (if we allow such returns).

Refunds / Exchanges:

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/exchange.

If approved, the refund will be credited within [3-5] days via original payment method.

Exchanges will be sent once the returned item is received and approved.
Exchange will be done within 3 days.
Exchange product delivery will be done within 3-5 business days.

Exceptions:

Sale items or discounted items may have different policies 

Items that show obvious signs of misuse, alteration, or damage by the customer are not eligible.

Cancellation Policy:

If you wish to cancel before shipping, email us as soon as possible.

Once the item has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible; returns/ refunds handled via the standard policy.
