By using this website (https://www.mynamo.in/) (the “Site”) and purchasing our products, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

Definitions

“We”, “us”, “our” refers to Mynamo.

“Customer”, “you”, “your” refers to any person using the Site or purchasing our products.

Products

All products are handcrafted crochet toys (“amigurumi” etc.). Slight variations in color, size, or pattern may occur due to the handmade nature. These are not defects.

Product descriptions, images, dimensions, and prices are as accurate as possible. We don’t guarantee that your device’s display will show exact colors.

Orders & Payment

Placing an order forms a contract once we accept it. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for any reason (e.g. stock unavailability, incorrect pricing).

Payments are processed securely. We accept payments via methods shown at checkout (credit/debit card, UPI, net banking, etc.).

Prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and do not include applicable taxes or shipping unless stated.

Shipping & Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within 2 business days of payment confirmation.

Estimated delivery times depend on the postal/courier service and location. Delays outside our control (eg weather, customs) may occur.

If you provide incorrect address details, we are not responsible for undelivered parcels. Additional charges may apply to resend.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

If the product is defective, damaged during transit, or incorrect, please contact us within 1 day of receipt with photos.

Eligible items may be refunded or exchanged as per our Return & Refund Policy.

Cancellations

You may cancel an order before it is shipped. Once shipped, cancellation may not be possible.

Refunds for cancelled orders will be made via the original payment method within 7 days after confirmation.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site (images, text, logos, designs) is owned by or licensed to us. You may not use it without permission.

The crochet designs, products, and brand “Mynamo” are our property.

Liability

We strive for quality; however, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or special damages.

Our maximum liability to you is limited to the purchase price of the product.

Privacy & Data Protection

We handle your personal information as per our Privacy Policy. By using the Site, you consent to such processing.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will come into effect upon posting on the Site. Your continued use constitutes acceptance.
